What can I do if I forget the password?
If you forget your password, click the inscription „Forgot the password” and put your e-mail address, which was used during registration. A message with new password will be send on given e-mail.
Are the login and password necessary to perform purchase?
No, there are not necessary to have login and password.
It is possible to perform an activity of buying without registration. However, it is impossible to check the purchasing history in this case. For preparing next order you have to fill the information concern the shipping method every single time you make it. There is not possible to use promotions for regular for customers as well.
How to register on online shop?
To register on our on-line shop it is necessary to click the inscription „Log” and further „Register”. The next step is to give all demanded details. After clicking the button „Create an account” an e-mail with an confirmation will be send to your e-mail. Your account is ready from that moment. If you haven’t done it yet you can also register by clicking the icon of a person (the right upper corner) and further -> My account.
Can I modify or complete the personal information which I have provided?
You can modify your personal details any time. You only have to click the inscription “Account Details” on the home page of your account, change the information, and then click the inscription “save changes”.
ORDER
Can I cancel the order which I have put?
The order is transmitted to implement immediately after you put the order. There is impossible to stop the processing it on the way. You can inform us by writing an e-mail – this message will hold the shipping.
How long does it take to accomplish an order?
It depends on the shipping method which you have chosen. It oscillates between 1 day (using Paczkomat; in Europe) to 3 weeks throughout the world. If you need more details you can check the status of your order on your account or contact us by e-mail.
Am I allowed to modify my order?
According to the Regulations we cannot modify your order which we have confirmed. You can only cancel that order and make a new one. To cancel write an e-mail on address info@evotronik.eu or use the contact form obtainable on our website. The previous order will be cancelled if the product haven’t been shipped yet.
If I order two (or more) different products apparently, can I get them in one ship?
Yes, it is possible.
Can I check the status of my order?
The status of your order is obtainable in three different ways: 1) you can spy it clicking on the shipping numer which we have sent to your e-mail adress. 2) You can check it on your account home page by clicking Orders and then View 3) you can spy it directly on a website of a chosen logistic company. Moreover, the Customer receives automaticly sent e-mails with information about a current status of an order: hold on, processing and complete. The last e-mail contains also an information about the number of a ship.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
Can a bought product be sent as a present?
The on-line shop do not supply our clients with present packages. However, you can give any delivery address which you want – for example – an address of a person who you want to endow.
How much does it cost to ship a package?
It depends on logistic company and a target place. You are always informed how much does it cost – while filling the personal information form, later – in further e-mails, and last – on your invoice. You can easily compare the shipping methods because costs are visible during a process of making an order.
Can I pick up my order personally from the head office of Evotronik?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order, but you have to inform us about it before and arrange suitable date and time. We suggest to contact us by e-mail or contact form. PAYMENT
What is a bank account number where I am obligated to commit a payment?
You can make a payment in two ways: 1) using a PayPal 2) do it manually by bank transfer directly from the website of your bank.. If there a problem occurred during a process of making a payment, follow instructions given by PayPal or your account site.
What are possible methods of payment?

What happen if bought a product but I haven’t paid for it yet?
You are allowed to pay within 14 days after placing an order. After that period of time your order will be cancelled automaticly. It is immposible to leave the order by using PayPal method. If you move back from PayPal form – you come back to your cart. If you complete it – the order is paid.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How long do I have to wait for returned money?
The refunded product will be investigated carefully, and a Customer will be informed by an e-mail if a product was defective and information with an approval for refund (or turnover or not at all). Money will be send during 14 days after that e-mail, which confirmed approval for refund.
How can I make a turnover or refund?
Send a package directly to our head office and write and e-mail what a problem has occurred. We are not responsible for shipping cost during turnovers and refunds.
Who bears the cost of shipping returned products?
Customer only.
Is it possible to exchange the article without cash settlement?
No. You can cancel your first order and make a new one. You can also return the article without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving it, by sending it back. Wait for a confirmation e-mail, that we received the returned article. The money will be returned to you within 14 days from this e-mail on the bank account which you have paid from in the first time.

RECLAMATIONS

Reclamation is possible if an article contains a physical defect, when is inappropriate to the earlier agreement of law defect. PRODUCTS
Are all the products visible in online store available?
No. Sometimes it happens that we do not possess that amount of that product which you need. We need time to prepare it for you. In this situation we will contact with you by e-mail how long does it take to prepare that order to you (it takes between 3 days to 4 weeks).
